We want you to love your curls, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any products that aren't a perfect match for your hair journey. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
